Resumo
O presente trabalho consiste em verificar como ocorre a formação do futuro
professor de Educação Física com relação às disciplinas de Educação Ambiental e
Lazer em Instituições de Ensino Superior situadas no interior do Estado de São
Paulo. Para tanto foi realizada uma busca documental nos sites institucionais a fim
de verificar quais instituições contemplam as disciplinas analisadas e o que essas
IES ensinam para os graduandos. Para que as análises ficassem a contento
analisamos às ementas de cada disciplina e tivemos um breve contato com os
professores que ministram às disciplinas e/ou coordenadores dos cursos. Dessa
forma, pudemos verificar que poucas IES atendem às exigências legais com relação
às disciplinas de educação ambiental e que com relação ao lazer há mais
instituições que a contemplam em sua grade curricular. No entanto, estar presente
na grade curricular não significa ser contemplada a contento na graduação, o que
pudemos verificar analisando as ementas e com as conversas informais.

Abstract
The present work consists in verifying how the formation of the future professor of Physical
Education occurs with respect to the subjects of Environmental Education and Leisure in
Institutions of Higher Education located in the interior of the State of São Paulo. In order to
do so, a documentary search was carried out in the institutional sites to verify which
institutions contemplate the disciplines analyzed and what these HEIs teach for the
undergraduates. In order for the analyzes to be satisfactory, we analyzed the menus of each
subject and had a brief contact with the teachers who teach the courses and / or coordinators
of the courses. Thus, we can verify that few HEIs meet the legal requirements regarding
environmental education disciplines and that regarding leisure there are more institutions that
contemplate it in its curriculum. However, being present in the curriculum does not mean
being contemplated to the satisfaction in the graduation, what we could verify analyzing the
menus and with the informal conversations.
