RESUMO
As Tecnologias Digitais da Informação e Comunicação (TDIC) encontram-se presentes na sociedade e no cotidiano escolar. Tal fato gera como urgência social a necessidade de um processo de formação continuada de professores para uso das tecnologias, objetivando a apropriação deste instrumental, por parte destes docentes. Este trabalho buscou analisar a prática pedagógica de 13 professores de unidades escolares que participaram de cursos na modalidade a distância oferecidos entre os anos de 2011 e 2013 pela Secretaria de Educação de um município do interior do Estado de São Paulo. Nesta perspectiva, foram analisados dois cursos na modalidade de Educação a Distância (EaD) oferecidos aos professores do 1º ao 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental I, o objetivo foi analisar a estrutura didática destes cursos, ou seja, seus conteúdos, metodologias, carga horária, recursos, tipos de atividades, etc. Noutro momento, buscou-se identificar se os professores utilizam em sua prática pedagógica os conteúdos aprendidos no curso em análise. A metodologia qualitativa contemplou as seguintes etapas: 1) levantamento bibliográfico e revisão da literatura; 2) pesquisa de campo em três momentos nos quais: o primeiro realizou-se uma análise dos cursos on-line, para conhecer a estrutura de tais cursos; segundo foram realizadas 13 entrevistas semiestruturadas para identificar o perfil dos docentes que participaram dos cursos, os conteúdos aprendidos e a prática pedagógica desses sujeitos; terceiro ocorreram as observações in-loco das aulas de dois professores usando a tecnologia; c) descrição dos dados obtidos; d) análise dos dados e discussão dos resultados. Este trabalho contribuiu para a elaboração de novos conhecimentos na área de formação de professores e EaD trazendo discussões e reflexões a respeito dessa temática.

ABSTRACT
The Digital Information and Communication Technologies are present in society and in daily school life. This fact generates as social urgency the need of a continuous teacher training process for the use of technologies, aiming at the appropriation of these instruments by these teachers. This work aimed to analyze the pedagogical practice of 13 teachers from school units that participated in distance learning courses offered between 2011 and 2013 by the Education Department of a municipality in the interior of the State of São Paulo. In this perspective, two courses were analyzed in the form of Distance Education offered to teachers from 1st to 5th year of Elementary School, the objective was to analyze the didactic structure of these courses, which is, their contents, methodologies, workload, resources, types of activities, etc. At another moment, it was sought to identify if the teachers use in their pedagogical practice the contents learned in the course under analysis. The qualitative methodology includes the following steps: 1) bibliographic survey and literature review; 2) field research in three moments whereupon: the first one was an analysis of the online courses, to know their structure; at the second, 13 semi-structured interviews were carried out to identify the profile of the teachers who participated in the courses, the contents learned and the pedagogical practice of these subjects; at the third there were in-situ observations of the classes of two teachers using the technology; description of the obtained data; data analysis and discussion of results. This work contributed to the development of new knowledge in the teacher education area and Distance Education, bringing discussions and reflections on this subject.
