The general objective of the research reflects on the construction of the relationship between minions and Gru, which embraces the production, circulation and social reception of films – since this relationship goes beyond movie screens and makes a living with new meanings. The dialectical-dialogical research method, realized by collation, predicts others utterances related to the franchise, in order to corroborate with the reflection about not only the working relationships, but the transformation of entertainment films into mass consumption product. It is a qualitative research, bibliographic in nature, developed by interconnected steps of description, analysis and interpretation. The relevance of the study is to reflect on the relation production, circulation and reception of aesthetic-mediatic utterances related to life in contemporary times. In this case, how there is an image of minions built in the movies (in alterity with Gru) and how they become a sales fever and extrapolate the screens of theaters, invading society in various spheres. Similarly, the research is relevant because it contributes to the thinking about the relevance of the Bakhtinian approach as a theoretical-analytical foundation of syncretic utterances.rnKeywords: Dialogue.
