RESUMOrnrnrnDISCURSOS SOBRE A CIVILIDADE E PRODUÇÃO DE SUBJETIVIDADES EM MANUAIS PORTUGUESES DOS SÉCULOS XVII-XIXrnrnrnConsiderando as subjetividades enquanto construções históricas intermediadas pela relação intrínseca das práticas discursivas e as técnicas de si, o objetivo desta pesquisa consiste em analisar o discurso das boas maneiras e dos bons modos e seu papel na projeção do sujeito civilizado a partir do processo civilizatório decorrente da instauração da Corte Portuguesa no Rio de Janeiro, em 1808. A existência e a circulação de uma literatura prescritiva de comportamentos coloca ao sujeito a função de aplicar sobre si um conjunto de técnicas de controle de modo a tornar-se civilizado. Aceitar que subjetividades são forjadas por práticas discursivas, requer analisar o discurso para além dos limites da significação, e inseri-lo em uma rede de interconexões com outros dizeres e acontecimentos, na tentativa de compreender “o que faz do sujeito um civilizado”. Sendo assim, este ponto abre uma problemática para pensar uma análise do discurso que não esteja às voltas apenas na constituição dos sentidos, mas que tenha interesse em compreender as subjetividades por meio de uma cartografia da existência.rnrnPêcheux. Subjetivação.rnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnrnABSTRACTrnrnrnrnDISCOURSES ON CIVILITY AND SUBJECTIVITIES PRODUCTION ON PORTUGUESE GUIDES OF XVII-XIX CENTURIESrnrnrnConsidering the subjectivities as historic buildings intermediated by the intrinsic relationship of discursive practices and techniques of the self, the objective of this research is to analyze the discourse of good manners and good manners and their role in the projection of the civilized subject from the civilizing process due to the establishment of the Portuguese Court in Rio de Janeiro in 1808. The existence and the movement of a prescriptive literature behaviors puts the subject to function applied to them a set of mode control techniques to become civilized. Accept that subjectivities are forged by discursive practices, requires analyzing the discourse beyond the meaning of limits, and insert it into a network of interconnections with other sayings and events in an attempt to understand "what makes the subject a civilized." Thus, this point opens a problematic to think a discourse analysis that is not dealing only in the constitution of the senses, but with an interest in understanding the subjectivities through a cartography of existence.rnrnPêcheux.
