Resumo
Esta pesquisa se debruçou em poder entender e pesquisar quais são as políticas públicas educacionais voltadas para a Direitos Humanos e dentro desta temática: Cidadania, Sexualidade e gênero, a partir da homologação da LDB (1996). Nossos objetivos foram: investigar as políticas públicas educacionais no que tange os Direitos Humanos, Gênero e Sexualidade. E, se há reflexos das mesmas dentro das escolas, a partir das falas da gestão educacional. E também analisar as falas de equipes de gestores escolar sobre as políticas educacionais, voltadas para a promoção da Educação em Direitos Humanos com foco em gênero e sexualidade. Entendendo que a forma como a escola é gerida pode (ou não) levar a uma reflexão das suas práticas pedagógicas que podem produzir e reproduzir desigualdades, pois em suas normas, métodos e na própria estrutura física da escola pode ocorrer a naturalização dessas relações desiguais presentes na sociedade, quando se aponta modelos, delimita os espaços e reafirma o que cada indivíduo pode ou não fazer segundo seu sistema hierarquizado. Este estudo pretendeu dialogar com equipes gestoras do Ensino Fundamental, ciclo I de escolas municipais do interior paulista. As falas foram coletadas em entrevistas semiestruturadas com gestoras, em três escolas, buscando nestas referências sobre sexualidade e gênero e a promoção de direitos dentro da escola.

Abstract
This research looked over being able to understand and research which are the public
educational policies focused on Citizenship (Human Rights) Sexuality and Gender,
from the approval of LDB (1996). Aiming as goals: to investigate public educational
statements about Human Rights, Gender and Sexuality. Plus, to check if there are
reflections of those within the schools, from the educational management's speeches.
Also, to analyze the speeches of teams of school managers about educational policies,
aiming to promote Human Rights Education focusing on gender and sexuality.
Understanding that the way the school is managed may lead to a reflection of its
pedagogical practices which can produce and reproduce inequalities, since in its norms,
methods and in the physical structure of the school itself, there may occur the
naturalization of these unequal relations present in society, when one points out models,
delimits spaces and reaffirms what each individual can or not according to the
hierarchical system. This study aims to discuss with the management teams of the
Elementary Schools, in the first cycle of education, on municipal schools of the inner
cities of São Paulo. The speeches were collected in semi structured interviews with the
managers, in three schools, complementing the analysis of the documents that guide the
school praxis, focusing in these references on sexuality and gender and the promotion of
rights within the school.
