RESUMO
O presente estudo tem por objetivo conhecer a reinserção social de reeducandas na visão dos integrantes do poder executivo público municipal, investigando dentro disso, se há ações direcionadas à prevenção da reincidência criminal. Investigar se há programas sociais à reinserção social de reeducandas, assim como, trabalhos de prevenção de novos delitos; e, averiguar se há projetos direcionados as reeducandas quando se tornam egressas no Centro de Ressocialização. Este estudo teve como participantes 4 integrantes do poder executivo público municipal e 1 psicólogo integrante da Secretaria de Administração Penitenciária. Sendo que 2 do sexo masculino e 2 sexo feminino (Poder executivo Público) e 1 do sexo masculino (Secretaria de Administração Penitenciária). Os participantes são o Poder executivo público e representantes do governo, sendo, Prefeito Municipal, uma Secretária de Assistência e Desenvolvimento Social, um Chefe de Gabinete do Prefeito Municipal e uma Assistente Social. Representando a Secretaria de administração penitenciária participou desta pesquisa um psicólogo atuante no CR feminino. A pesquisa foi realizada na cidade de Araraquara, na Prefeitura Municipal de Araraquara. Como instrumento para coleta de dados, foi aplicado uma entrevista composta por 10 questões abertas com o intuito de verificar ocorrências relacionadas a perspectivas de reinserção social de reeducandas na visão do Poder executivo Público Municipal. Essas questões, para esse estudo, foram escolhidas devido ao universo de reeducandas acerca da reinserção social. Foram sujeitos desta pesquisa integrantes do Poder Executivo Público Municipal e reeducandas reclusas no CR feminino, quais sejam: Prefeito Municipal, Secretário de Gestão e Finanças e Chefe de Gabinete. Os procedimentos perpassaram pelas seguintes fases: elaboração entrevista, ocasião em que combinará perguntas abertas e fechadas. No exercício investigativo para coleta dos dados, inicialmente foi realizado um agendamento com os entrevistados para elucidação dos objetivos do projeto de pesquisa e póstumo a este ofício, efetivando a aplicação do instrumento. O procedimento de análise dos dados se deu através da análise do discurso dos sujeitos do presente estudo. Os dados apresentados nas entrevistas e em especial nas categorias e subcategorias apresentam em si um condição positiva de reinserção, ou seja, em cada tabela surgiram pontuações importantes que denotam as perspectivas de reinserção social, quais sejam: ambiente (espaço), programa, mercado de trabalho e educação, convívio com outras pessoas, acolhimento no trabalho desenvolvido, preconceito, resistência inicial na inserção de reeducandas no programa, cursos, padaria de manipulação, capacitação, segurança alimentar, convênio, amor, maridos/companheiros, crime, abandono, diminuição da reincidência, reinserção social e oportunidade. Desta maneira, ficou notório que o desenvolvimento de uma postura profissional em que há uma preocupação em recuperar-se pessoas reclusas e estigmatizadas é algo de extrema importância tanto para o sujeito que se beneficia, quanto para a sociedade, sobretudo direcionado a diminuição da reincidência criminal e do fortalecimento da inclusão social, portanto, é nesta trajetória que estudos devem se debruçar afim de ampliarmos ainda mais o canal da humanização da pena e da reinserção social. Frente ao exposto, nota-se a necessidade de pesquisas voltadas a conhecer a realidade das reeducandas, sobretudo pensando em articular ações que possam contribuir para a reinserção social das mesmas e no preparo da sociedade para as acolherem.

ABSTRACT
The present study aims to know the social reintegration of reeducation in the vision of the members of the municipal public executive, investigating within this, if there are actions directed to the prevention of criminal recidivism. To investigate whether there are social programs for the social reinsertion of reeducated ones, as well as, works of prevention of new crimes; and, investigate if there are projects directed to the reeducandas when they become graduates in the Center of Ressocialization. This study had as participants 4 members of the municipal public executive power and 1 psychologist member of the Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration. Being that 2 male and 2 female (Public Executive Power) and 1 male (Department of Penitentiary Administration). Participants are the executive branch and representatives of the government, being Mayor, a Secretary of Social Assistance and Development, a Chief of Staff of the Municipal Mayor and a Social Worker. Representing the Department of Penitentiary Administration participated in this research a psychologist active in the female CR. The research was carried out in the city of Araraquara, in the Municipality of Araraquara. As an instrument for data collection, an interview was applied composed of 10 open questions with the purpose of verifying occurrences related to the prospects of social reintegration of reeducation in the vision of the Municipal Public Executive Power. These questions, for this study, were chosen due to the universe of reeducational about social reinsertion. Participants in this research were members of the Municipal Public Executive Power and re-educated women in the female CR, namely: Municipal Mayor, Secretary of Management and Finance and Chief of Staff. The procedures covered the following phases: interviewing, where you will combine open and closed questions. In the investigative exercise for data collection, a schedule was initially made with the interviewees to elucidate the objectives of the research project and posthumous to this office, effecting the application of the instrument. The data analysis procedure was done through the discourse analysis of the subjects of the present study. The data presented in the interviews and in particular in the categories and subcategories present a positive condition of reintegration, that is, in each table there were important scores that denote the perspectives of social reintegration, namely: environment (space), program, market prejudice, initial resistance in the insertion of reeducated in the program, courses, bakery of manipulation, training, food security, covenant, love, husbands / companions, crime, abandonment, decrease of the recidivism, social reintegration and opportunity. In this way, it became evident that the development of a professional attitude in which there is a concern to recover people reclusive and stigmatized is something of extreme importance both for the subject that benefits and for society, mainly directed at reducing criminal recidivism and the strengthening of social inclusion, therefore, it is in this trajectory that studies must be considered in order to further expand the humanization channel of punishment and social reintegration. In view of the above, we note the need for research aimed at understanding the reality of reeducation, especially thinking of articulating actions that may contribute to their social reintegration and the preparation of society to receive them.
