Resumo: Inserido no processo de autodemarcação da Terra Indígena Tekoá Mirim localizada no interior da Unidade de Conservação do Parque Estadual da Serra do Mar no município de Praia Grande no litoral paulista, este trabalho pretende evidenciar a luta pela permanência indígena em seu território. Já, que diferentes instâncias do Estado passaram a considerá-los como invasores. Desconsiderando, portanto, que esta permanência remonta a uma posse secular, assegurada pela concretização sócioespacial de seu modo de vida próprio, culturalmente peculiar, ou seja, de seu Nhanderekó. Diante de tal contexto, pretende-se neste trabalho dar visibilidade às motivações sociocosmológicas que justificam a dinâmica de deslocamento e ocupação espacial realizados pelos Mbyá, tanto quanto, à interlocução dialógica que se materializa diante da circunstância de que a percepção ambiental que eles manifestam na definição nada aleatória de sua Tekoá, assim como os usos que fazem dela, necessariamente, são circunscritos e circunscrevem simultaneamente, a elaboração epistêmica e ontológica que executam sobre a sua TI e sobre si mesmos.

Abstract: Inserted in the process of self-demarcation of the Tekoá Mirim Indigenous Land located inside the Conservation Unit of the Serra do Mar State Park in the municipality of Praia Grande on the coast of São Paulo, this work intends to highlight the struggle for indigenous permanence in its territory. Already, that different instances of the State started to consider them as invaders. Disregarding, therefore, that this permanence goes back to a secular possession, ensured by the socio-spatial realization of his own, culturally peculiar way of life, that is, of his Nhanderekó. Given this context, the aim of this work is to give visibility to the sociocosmological motivations that justify the dynamics of displacement and spatial occupation carried out by the Mbyá, as well as the dialogical dialogue that materializes in the face of the circumstance that the environmental perception they manifest in not at all random definition of their Tekoá, as well as the uses that make it, necessarily, are circumscribed and circumscribed simultaneously, the epistemic and ontological elaboration that they perform about their IT and about themselves.
