RESUMO
As manifestações de rua ao redor do mundo nos últimos anos trazem uma marca de novidade aos repertórios utilizados anteriormente. Demandas por melhorias econômicas e políticas perpassam o clamor das ruas. Uma marca dessas manifestações, no entanto, é o uso da internet enquanto principal mecanismo de organização e divulgação dos atos. O advento da internet modificou radicalmente nossas relações interpessoais e com o mundo. Passamos cada vez mais tempo online, o que fez com que vários serviços migrassem para além do espaço físico. Dentro dessa perspectiva, a política também tem se alterado e vem sendo discutida na esfera pública online, espaço da rede que tem facilitado o debate devido à suas características horizontais e que possibilita uma mais fácil participação. Reflexo das manifestações globais pode ser visto no Brasil, a partir de junho de 2013. As manifestações ficaram conhecidas como Jornadas de Junho e marcam uma nova fase de protestos, que se estende até as grandes manifestações do Impeachment. Como principais atores dessas manifestações, em junho de 2013 temos o Movimento Passe Livre como o articulador mais presente, que sai de cena após a demanda central das manifestações – a revogação do aumento da tarifa do transporte público – ser alcançada, dando espaço a novos movimentos, como o Movimento Brasil Livre e o Vem Pra Rua, dois dos principais articuladores das manifestações pelo Impeachment. Esses últimos dois movimentos marcam também o uso desses novos repertórios por uma nova direita, que vai às ruas e se manifesta enquanto ator político emergente. Os objetivos gerais desse trabalho são contribuir com a discussão acerca desses processos, tanto da emergência da nova direita como o uso que essa fez da internet enquanto mecanismo de mobilização e das ruas enquanto mecanismo de manifestação e como esses fatores contribuíram para a acentuação da crise da democracia imposta no Brasil. Pretendemos trabalhar especificamente com o Movimento Vem Pra Rua, observando seu modus operandi através de suas páginas em redes sociais, sites, entrevistas em grandes jornais e diversos outros materiais. Em uma primeira parte, faremos uma discussão teórica acerca de alguns aspectos presentes nas manifestações e que julgamos como possíveis explicações para que tantas pessoas fossem às ruas – como o que chamamos de crise do sistema representativo –, a emergência da internet enquanto mecanismo de organização e participação, assim como outras experiências de manifestações recentes ao redor do mundo. Posteriormente, trabalharemos com dados empíricos sobre o movimento, com os quais pretendemos corroborar a discussão anteriormente apresentada e analisar as novas dinâmicas da participação.

ABSTRACT
Street demonstrations around the world in recent years bring a stamp of novelty to the repertoires previously used. Demands for economic and political improvements permeate the clamor of the streets. A hallmark of these manifestations, however, is the use of the internet as the main mechanism for organizing and disseminating acts. The advent of the internet has radically changed our interpersonal relationships and with the world. We spend more and more time online, which caused several services to migrate beyond the physical space. Within this perspective, the politics has also changed and is being discussed in the online public sphere, a space on the network that has facilitated the debate due to its horizontal characteristics which allows an easier participation. Reflection of the global demonstrations can be seen in Brazil, as of June 2013. The demonstrations became known as the Jornadas de Junho and mark a new phase of protests, which extends to the great manifestations of the Impeachment. As the main actors of these demonstrations, in June 2013 we have the Passe Livre Movement as the most present articulator, which leaves the scene after the central demand of the demonstrations – the revocation of the increase in the public transportation fees – is achieved, giving space to new movements such as the Movimento Brasil Livre and Vem Pra Rua, two of the main articulators of the demonstrations for the Impeachment. These last two movements also mark the use of these new repertoires by a new right-wing, which takes to the streets and manifests itself as an emerging political actor. The general objectives of this work are to contribute to the discussion about these processes, both the emergence of the new right and the use it made of the internet as a mechanism of mobilization and the streets as a mechanism of manifestation and how these factors contributed to the accentuation of the crisis of the democracy imposed in Brazil. We intend to work specifically with Movimento Vem Pra Rua, observing its modus operandi through its pages on social networks, websites, interviews in major newspapers and various other materials. In the first part, we will make a theoretical discussion about some aspects present in the demonstrations and that we consider as possible explanations for so many people to take to the streets – like what we call the crisis of the representative system –, the emergence of the internet as a mechanism of organization and participation, as well as other experiences of recent demonstrations around the world. Subsequently, we will work with empirical data about the movement, with which we intend to corroborate the discussion previously presented and analyze the new dynamics of participation.
