RESUMO
O presente trabalho apresenta a análise do sentido de inclusão e/ou de resistência da prática de atos infracionais por adolescentes negros do município de Uberlândia MG. Para isto, buscamos contextualizar as ações destes sujeitos quando transgridem a ordem social vigente, sob as leituras histórica étnico-racial e social, desde o Brasil colônia até os dias atuais. A base para esta investigação é o estudo comparativo entre Brasil e Estados Unidos da América que trouxe questões como a cultura de consumo; os crimes contra a propriedade e influências advindas de grupos heterogêneos (crime organizado, tráfico de drogas). Estas questões servem para refletirmos sobre o fato de sujeitos com idade, raça e classe social em específico serem maiorias nas estatísticas sobre este problema na sociedade brasileira, algo analisado por nós, muito mais pelo prisma da formação histórica desta sociedade que tem discriminado as diferenças étnico-raciais ao justificar as desigualdades sociais atribuídas a este público, do que pela responsabilidade propriamente dita que eles possam ter pelos atos transgressores.

ABSTRACT
This paper analyzes the sense of inclusion and / or resistance of black adolescents from Uberlandia/MG-Brazil when practicing illegal acts. We have demonstrated how adolescents actions when they transgressing the social order in place, under the historical and social readings since the Brazil colony period until current days. The foundation for this investigation was the comparative study between Brazil and United States of America , this comparison brought up questions such as: the consumption culture; crimes against property and how heterogeneous groups (organized crime, traffic of drugs) could influence these adolescents actions. These questions were the foundation to reflect upon the fact that individuals age, race and specific social level are the main categories pointed by statistics as the reason for these problems in Brazilian society. It is analyzed by us, more closely the aspect that the society historical background; that has discriminated the ethnic-racial differences in order to justify the social disparity associated to these individuals; than for the properly responsibility these individuals could have for such transgressive acts.
