| Resumo |
A política feminista desfez a relação obrigatória entre sexualidade e reprodução, considerando a descriminalização/legalização do aborto, um marco fundamental na luta por direitos reprodutivos, direitos sexuais e por uma democracia plural, que seja vivenciada por homens e mulheres. Considerando-se que a luta por direitos sexuais e reprodutivos tem como um de seus focos o debate em torno da descriminalização do aborto, a problemática que norteou a pesquisa foi investigar como os movimentos feministas brasileiro e português construíram as estratégias para alcançarem a referida descriminalização. Buscou-se saber quais eram as relações de poder e dominação nos diferentes momentos da luta, e como se dá o processo de retro-alimentação entre os campos que concorrem para a manutenção e reorganização das desigualdades de gênero relativas a esta problemática. Para a construção do trabalho foi utilizada a categoria de gênero como referencial teórico e metodológico juntamente com os conceitos de habitus e campo elaborados por Pierre Boudieu.

Abstract
The feminism politics undo the relationship between sexuality and reproduction compulsory, considering the decriminalisation / legalization of abortion, a key milestone in the struggle for reproductive rights, sexual rights and a pluralistic democracy, which is experienced by men and women. Considering that the struggle for sexual and reproductive rights has as one of its focuses the debate on the decriminalisation of abortion, the issue that has guided the research was to investigate how the feminist movements Brazilian and Portuguese built the strategies to achieve the decriminalisation. The aim was to know what were the relations of power and domination in the various moments of the fight, and whether the process of retro-feeding among fields that contribute to the maintenance and reorganization of gender inequality on this issue. For the construction of the work was used as the reference category of gender theoretical and methodological together with the concepts of habitus and field prepared by Pierre Bourdieu.
